How Tyar works

Tyar is a marketplace. We connect you with independent local providers; the provider does the work.

Step 1: Choose a service
Pick the category and your area, and describe what needs fixing.
Step 2: Submit your request
You get a booking reference straight away.
Step 3: Get connected
We reach out to an available local provider and confirm with you.
Step 4: Confirm & give feedback
Pay the provider directly after the job, then tell us how it went.

What to expect

Request, not instant booking. After you submit, the Tyar team reviews your request and confirms availability with you.
Pricing. The final price depends on the job and is agreed with the provider. An estimate is shared where available before work starts.
Payment. You pay the provider directly after the job. Tyar does not collect payment online at this stage.
Support. If something goes wrong, contact support with your booking reference. See cancellations and complaints.
