What we collect

• Booking requests: name, mobile number, optional email, address or landmark, problem description, preferred time.
• Partner applications: name, mobile number, category, area, experience, business name and credentials.
• If you accept analytics: anonymous usage data and campaign source via Google Analytics. We never send names, phone numbers, emails or addresses to analytics.

How we use it

To arrange your service, share the job details (including your address) with the provider assigned to it, provide support, handle complaints, and keep operational and commission records.

Who sees it

Tyar staff and the provider assigned to your booking. We do not sell personal data. Our database and hosting providers process data on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

We keep booking records for as long as needed for support, disputes and accounting, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data through the contact page.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics runs only if you accept the cookie notice. You can decline, and the site works the same.
